First awareness program for professionals and academics in the series of “Draft Constitution awareness program” organized by Voices Movement was held on last Tuesday (19) at the Auditorium of Al Mazhar ladies high School ,Nintavur

YLS Hameed,LLM had conducted an in-depth lecture on “draft constitution and the future of Muslims in Sri Lanka”.the lecture threw light on what is draft constitution?,what is federalism?,what are the pros and cons of the draft constitution in relation to SL Muslims followed by a question and answer session.

The program was arranged by the Nintavur working Committee of Voices Movement.

VMOVE has planned to conduct such constitutional awareness program in many parts of the Country for the purpose of creating awareness among the public on the effects of the proposed constitution.
